Excellent value for money, feels like 5 star hotel. First-class, friendly service. Enormous and very tasty breakfast served every morning on the terrace. Clean, spacious and modern rooms with amazing sea views. You can just sit on your private terrace and watch the boats all day. Location on steep hill, can be a problem if you are not fit, but you are rewarded with the fantastic views. 10 minute uphill walk to Roquebrune old town, where you can find nice restaurants.Guest review byMarjoYoung couple

Nice and quiet apartment with balcony and good air conditioning. Perfect for our family of 4. We were only staying a night but would make it longer next time! Evan was an excellent host who gave us clear instructions to get into the apartment. Easy access to a nice beach with swimming and snorkelling and a 20 minute walk into Menton to visit the old town. Appartment is with garage and this is great for travellers with car! Car need to be less than 4.8 meters long, if you want to close garage. But in any case there are automatic locked addtional door to street, so you have car on safe space. Very nice, renovated, appartment. Small but really functional. With ellegant equipment. Apartment is in great location, walk distance to Menton and 7 minutes by train to Monaco. The train station is behind the corner. The beach is right across the road, apartment is spacefull, clean and terrace is great bonus for apartment. Just few minutes walk is grocery, bakery and restaurant. Very nice! Host family was very kind and present for our needs. Private parking is a value, as well the position of the house in relation of train station or market.
