The property was very well equipped, with lots of space. We travelled as a group of 12 in 3 families, there was lots of space for everyone to have the rooms that worked best for them. The property had everything we needed, Jean-Louis was a fantastic host, and his wine is fantastic too! The property had so much to do, with lots of living space for us to spread out, the games room to entertain the older kids, the pool was fantastic, with lots of space and supplied inflatables for the younger kids. There’s a swing set and climbing frame, so many different places to eat for all different times of the day, from breakfast at the front in the morning sun looking out over the vineyards, to a large table at the back by the BBQ or by the pool for lunch while the kids play and the adults relax. The property is in a good location with access to the local area. Nowhere is really quick to get to because of the rural location, but Limoux is only 10-15 minutes by car, but it being rural is perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday. There’s loads to do in the local area, from walks, sightseeing, water sports on the local rivers or traveling to the mountains for cycling or mountain sports.

Adam and Phil are the best of hosts. They really go out of their way to accomodate their guests. They even went to get pizza for us. The house is very roomy and has the wonderful atmosphere of an old building, yet all the comforts of a modern one. The room was comfortable and bathroom spic-n-span. Breakfast was abundant and Phil even offered to do eggs for us, but it was ample enough already, with good coffee, juice, fresh fruit, bread, croissants, pain chocolat, the works! Thank you very much guys. This is the first time I've given a 10/10 rating. You deserve it!

The location was really nice and central to Limoux. It is a short stroll to bakery, pharmacy and restaurants. The owner provided a fantastic guide book. The flat is lovingly updated with high quality features- eg electric roll down exterior shutters, and a walk in shower. The back terrace is an oasis of calm ☺️. There is no parking on site, but a free public car park is a two minute walk away and easy to find.

Really nice apartment with private pool and nicely located in a rural and medival village just south of Carcasonne. Kitchen/livingroom is a bit small but with the nice weather we were outside most of the time. Will definitely recommend for a nice and quiet place in the countryside.

The view is wonderful. The decking balcony is perfect to sit and watch the sun go down and witness the mass of wild boars go down the hill below you. Inside, it had everything you need and it’s stylised so well. We loved it.

Lovely, quite spacious duplex apartment, right in the centre of town. Very attentive host. Beautiful roof terrace with views of the town. Very clean and well appointed. Very clean.
