We had a wonderful stay at Les Rocailles. Monique and William were exceptionally welcoming, even giving us a ride before our friends' wedding and suggesting some local activities. Breakfast in the garden, with fresh local products, was a real treat. Each room is uniquely decorated with thoughtful vintage touches to reflect the style of a famous French figure (we were lucky to get Brigitte Bardot's suite). It's clear how much care and passion they've put into renovating this beautiful old building. Les Rocailles has a charm all its own—highly recommended!

Superb! Beautiful, tranquil surroundings. A warm welcome from fabulous hosts. The property was spotless & had everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious. This was our favourite place to stay during our 2 week road trip to France.

Patricia and Hervé were very welcoming. They are a lovely couple and very friendly. Their house is beautiful and they provided high quality hospitality. They made us feel incredible welcome. I would highly recommend and I will also be returning to stay in the future. I would recommend hiring a car as the location is quite rural.

A Perfect Stay in a Stunning Setting We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful holiday home. The house is spacious, full of light, spotlessly clean, very well equipped, and perfectly air-conditioned, a real home from home. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, always available but never intrusive. The location is stunning, with lovely walks right from the door and a gorgeous, well-maintained pool that was a real highlight. The peaceful countryside setting is ideal, yet you’re only five minutes from a supermarket and under ten to Bergerac, which has great restaurants and a lovely market. It’s also a fantastic base for exploring the Dordogne.

Super clean, it felt great to finally have a spacious room with a big double bed (in most other hotels/b&bs in the area the beds are 140 or 160 cm), there’s a big pool that you often have to yourself, plenty of nicely arranged green and seating space around, calm. There’s as well a lake with a beach nearby. Plentiful breakfast. There’s also a shared fridge. Very safe, easy access and roofed parking space. Eric and Josephine are incredibly kind hosts, they treated us as family and we can’t wait to stay there again.
