Warm reception, really clean and well maintained hotel. Breakfast was very good with a range of continental food and hot food available. Water, tea/coffee was available throughout the day/evening free of charge. Very family friendly and a fab stop after a long drive. It was fun to stay in a beautiful old building that’s so typical of the Troyes old town. Access was as described - up 3 rickety flights of stairs - but the rooftop view was superb - especially at sunset.
