United KingdomLovely little place with high-quality furnishings. Just a short walk from the middle of Ballater but feels quiet and peaceful. The lounge/dining room catches the late afternoon sun and has a view up to the oak woods of Craigendarroch hill. It's quite a small place (the reasonable price reflects this - it's in a 'premium' part of the Highlands) but the quality of the armchair, sofa and dining chairs would put many a grand country hotel to shame and made for a relaxing and memorable stay.

Fully enclosed garden so really good for pets and small children. No parking outside the property but this isn’t an issue as lots of on street parking less than a minute walk away. Hot tub outside was amazing and very easy to light. Great communication from the hosts especially Keira who was extremely helpful.
