The view into the garden and the small terrace were really nice. Very comfortable and spacious. Located in a quiet environment and a "base camp" for exploring Loch Lomond and the surrounding region. Well suited for longer stays. Very friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out.

Very nice reception, very good location to discover Loch Lomond, good equipment and very clean, all in all can recommend families to stay there. Supermarket just a couple of minutes away. Please keep going on like this.

The pod was absolutely gorgeous - so thoughtfully put together to get the most out of the space and had so much fitted in there. A small but rare thing for these types of places was that the plates, bowls, mugs etc were actually nice and not just bought as cheap as possible. The tv has Netflix and there is also a Dyson hairdryer, and beers and milk were left in the fridge for us. The sauna was AMAZING and ice water and fruit was left outside it for us which was so thoughtful. We also went on a gorgeous walk with amazing views of the Loch just 15-20 minutes from the pods. Brian and Gillian were so kind and welcoming, it was a pleasure to stay there. I couldn’t recommend it more!

Everything! This is a beautiful place to stay. Our host Maggie could not have done more to make the stay extra special. It is so much more than a hotel, a home away from home, with outstanding views. The breakfast is continental with lots of choice.

The apartment is beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable. Can't fault the communication with Christine, the owner and access details were clear and comprehensive. The kitchen is very well equipped, taking any hassle out of preparing an evening meal. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance to Balloch train station, a variety of pubs / restaurants, local shops and access to local walking routes.

    Everything! There was plenty of space and it was well equipped for a family holiday. We loved the fire pit and the BBQ facilities and the hot tub was lovely! The conservatory was an added bonus when it rained one afternoon. The kids loved playing in the garden, which had a little stream running through it. We were all delighted with everything about our stay. The host, Angela was lovely and happy to answer any of our questions. We will definitely be coming back to stay again.

    Very kidfriendly and super helpful and friendly B&B hosts. The room was sweetly decorated with teddy bears and children's cutlery and plates for breakfast were provided. The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of cold and warm food. A perfect stay!

    -Fantastic location & the views of Loch Lomond were amazing. -Rooms were immaculate & so comfortable. -Very family orientated hotel, the door staff and reception staff were an exemplary example of professionalism. They couldn’t do enough for us or our little boy. They made the experience for him so much fun. He absolutely loved it all. The pool facilities are exceptional too for both adults & children. The children’s slide is a massive bonus.

    The hosts were super friendly and we enjoyed chatting with them! The room was spacious and we liked that there was tea/coffee available in there. Breakfast was a highlight as it was delicious and filling with lots of options for vegetarians! It is a family home so they had books and games for families as well as teddy bears in the room which is a nice touch for kids!
