They loved to have a chat and find out about who was staying with them. They were lovely with my daughter (10 month old). The hotel, especially downstairs, was gorgeous. Lovely, stylish, comfortable layout. Kids walking around in their pajamas as though it`s their front room. Not showered and very offputting for the breakfast buffet. Not suitable for a business stay at all. Ukranian men stood around the doors smoking. Couldn't get near the Sauna facilities or hot tub. Kids playing table football in the room opposite my bedroom, shouting and running about late on a Sunday night. I will never stay here again. Intimidating!Guest review byshineSolo traveller
