It was comfortable and fresh. The size of the cottage was perfect for us. It was very easy getting the keys and the owner of the property kept in touch with us right up till we arrived giving plenty information that was relevant. We would stay here again.

Beechtree Cottage: lovingly furnished, spotless and cosy rooms decorated with fresh flowers and a very welcoming atmosphere. When arriving delicious homemade pastry was waiting for us. Paul is a super kind host who went through the extra trouble to organize dinner for us when local restaurants were closed due to unfortunate circumstances. Breakfast wasn’t only super delicious but again lovingly decorated with fresh flowers. We can highly recommend a stay as it is a true gem.

I recently had a three night stay here with my parents and my daughter and the dog what can I say it has to be the most comfortable clean cottage we have ever been to the most modern up to date cottage with beautiful views nice walks I will definitely be back .

Perfect location for access to so many places ie Perth , Dunkeld, Dundee, St Andrew’s, the coastal fishing villages. The whole cottage is perfect in its facilities inside and patio for dining out , barbaque and fire pit. All thoughtfully done with toiletries, cleaning equipment. The best self catering facilities we have ever stayed in .

A very tidy, private, well equipped loft apartment! I found it very good value and excellent accommodation. I especially loved the basket of various Scottish chocs and cakes like a snow ball and a tunnocks etc. They didn’t last long at all!

    The pod was very close to the toilet and showering facilities. The little park was lovely for the kids and the added soft play was a cool extra although the games room in general needs updating.

    Breakfast was freshly prepared promptly. However I would have liked fresh fruit and better choice of cereals. Location was good for us as we were attending a function in Couper Angus. I did find it strange that there was no staff overnight.

    The property was absolutely perfect , it was immaculate and all the little details really made it that much better , christmas music playing in the tv and christmas-y candles burning for us coming in. Beds were very comfortable , hot tub and sauna were great , appliances great , shower pressure was great and the bath robes were also a nice touch. Board games were fun to play with friends/family . Overall , highly recommend.
