The location was wonderful, with two lovely pubs and places to eat only a 15 minute walk away. The cabin was very well equipped and cosy for 2 people and a dog. The setting was beautiful overlooking the area, with lots of space outside to relax. The village was so friendly and welcoming, and we can't wait to return.

Perfect location for our walk on Glyndwr's Way. Very helpful host, collected food for us to cook (which mercifully saved us having to carry it). Great kitchen. Lovely beds. Atmospheric among the disused lead mines, set in little visited but stunning countryside.

We could not have wanted for anything more. Robin and Jane were extremely accommodating, we had our dogs with us who loved the place and the grounds. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble and they were the perfect hosts. Their passion for hospitality and clearly for amazing food was clear to see. Also to reiterate... the food was amazing.
