Tracey and Steve are impeccable hosts. We loved chatting with them. They gave us great and thoughtful tips about the area and what to do there. Another shining star in our stay was the breakfast - absolutely scrumptious. Definitely try the porridge!

We had the most lovely stay at Silverglades! We booked "Deluxe two bedroom - no pets" and ended up with the cutest little cottage in the perfect location. It backed onto the farmers fields and we woke up to the sheep's and cows grazing each morning, as well as an uninterrupted view of the mountains. The cottage was equipped with all that we needed for our 5 nights. Can't wait to make it back someday.

The Highland getaway was amazing..very much 5 star.. had things we didn't think we needed! The attention to detail was above and beyond. Even dressing gowns and slippers. Beds were super comfy. Shower was powerfully and hot. And cooking facility was spot on. The kids loved the freedom of the park with forest walks across the road. And steam train within 5 mins walk.. no WiFi was not a problem for us. But there was no connection.

    Nice family chalets in the highlands on the foothills of the Cairngorms. Clean chalets for the family. Kids loved feeding the ducks everyday, and a peacock.

    Fabulous cottage, furnished to a high standard with everything thought of. It well located for a quite time but close enough to Carrbridge. There's a very quiet forest across the road that has lots of paths for walking/cycling. The hot tub was superb and used every day. The games room has table tennis, darts, large Jenga etc and a haven for family fun. Overall, the best cottage we've staying in for some time and would definitely stay again. There's so much t o do in teh area.

    The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils! The conservatory was facing into the woods so we could spot some wildlife. The pond had a lovely walk around it and if you ventured into the higher or longer walk I think they called it you can discover some hidden play parks! The little play park was fantastic for our 2 toddlers and lots of little ducklings followed us the whole walk! The swimming pool was small but perfect for our little family! We would definitely recommend this place for young families who love the outdoors!
