I had a family room high up in the rafters of the hotel but apart from the slightly narrow stairs iot was warm, comfortable and clean. The staff were AMAZING!! So friendly, helpful and patient. They were a credit to the hotel and made our stay very enjoyable. The lady at reception (I wish I had taken her name) was so lovely and friendly (I told her my name was George Clooney) and we had a good laugh while she was checking me in.Guest review byAnis64Solo traveller

We received a free upgrade to the bridal suite/room (we had a post-wedding function booked) - a really nice gesture which was very much appreciated. Food at the function was lovely, as was breakfast the following morning. Vegetarian options available. There was also a good selection of drinks at the bar.
