From the moment we done the check in till the check.out, everything was perfect. The appartement was big enough, the bed was very comfy ( the sofa bed not comfortable at all) , the rooms get warm so quickly and everything you need is available at the appartement. The staff are nice and friendly but Jane from the Restaurant was just amazing. This was my first time staying there, already booked it again for Valentines

    The 2 bedroom apartment worked well for a family of 5 with plenty of space for the kids. The leisure facilities were great, with access to the pool, jacuzzi sauna and gym. The kids loved the pool! The location was good for short drive to Lancaster and going to see the lights in Blackpool too.

    Lovely location close to the attractions of Lancaster and the surrounding area, as well as the famous Wallings ice-cream parlour. Ducks/ducklings on the grounds are fun for children to watch (and feed thanks to a member of staff). The staff are friendly and accommodating. The swimming pool is a good size and was very quiet during our stay.

    The estate is well maintained in a quiet area, the staff is very nice, the receptionist lady even go the extra mile to look for a coffee sachet for us when it was ran out of stock. Perfect for families with kids, as the outside area has a nice playground beside the huge park of the estate itself. The swimming pool is also very enjoyable woth smaller kids. The apartments are spacious, quiet and well equipped, clean, beds are comfortable.

    Convient location, 45 min to Lake District, serviced apartment worth paying a bit more for family suit, clean comfortable even the sofa bed! Beautiful surroundings and good value for money. great heated pool - a hit for the kids.
