    It was great and surprisingly quiet. I had a huge case and could have done with help getting it up the stairs. When I arrived back from seeing friends and family I wasn’t sure how to get back in. Staff were still there but unhelpful.

    Location is great, right in Crystal Palace's triangle. We are local to the area, so I booked this for my wife to give her a night off from the kids. Bed was comfy, breakfast was good, room was quiet, staff were very friendly. Double bed is perfect for one person, a bit small for two people. I had my parents stay here previously as well. They had a room with two single beds. They liked it as well and the staff were friendly and helpful as they helped take their luggage upstairs.

    The room we had was direct above function room very loud booming music I informed staff they raised there shoulders and said a function was booked no Thing they could do

    The rooms were stylish, clean and comfortable. The staff were brilliant, truly accommodating as we prepared for and celebrated a family wedding, using the function room for the party. Very impressed with delicious food for 20 of us even though we were running a bit late and they were still serving to the restaurant downstairs. Also cleared the room quickly and efficiently to make space for the evening party. It is well located with many London treats just nearby.
