Welcoming as soon as we arrived. Helpful, friendly hosts who ensured we had a great visit. Loved the theme with Sheep on towels, bedding decorations etc. Location is excellent, in village of Great Longstone and 3 pubs. You can walk everywhere from here. Would highly recommend staying here either for relaxation or exploring the beautiful Peak District.

The host, Mark, is super friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. He is also the breakfast chef and makes a breakfast based on your order each morning. Coffee, tea, juice, eggs, sausages, tomatoes, beans, bread, cereal and milks on offer. Eggs are fresh from a local farm and can be cooked to your preference. Portions are generous! The dining room is spacious and private and was perfect for our family visit. There are plenty of teas and coffees in the room, the heating and bedding is very cosy. A top notch B&B.

Rooms were fab and roomy. Location was perfect with great walks from the door and plenty of places to eat. Breakfast was spot on, Mark did a grand job. Although there is no menu i'm pretty sure you will be accommodated. The host was the icing on the cake, we could of chatted to him for hours, funny guy with so many stories to tell, brilliant.

Perfect location as we were attending a function locally. Our room was just perfect, comfortable and stylish with touches of luxury ,like quality cookies and coffee with a mini fridge to store the fresh milk provided by Mark, our host. Breakfast was delicious, beautifully served at times of our choice. We couldn’t have been made more welcome.

We stayed with our baby for a wedding weekend and found the place lovely. We could not have been treated better, Mark is an excellent host, preparing a great breakfast, offering us everything we needed and telling us all about their birds in the garden! The location is beautiful, we would like to come back to explore the area.
