Absolutely loved our time here. It is a small apartment attached to the owners beautiful home. The kind owner was there to meet us and showed us how to work everything and told us of places we could visit before leaving us to it. It was absolutely beautiful,l and so very clean. It is quite a narrow space but the way the owner has utilised the space is very impressive and effective. The lighting was also perfect outside and in. The hot tub was ready for our arrival and we had a lovely time it was so peaceful and relaxing. We also had fresh milk,bread and shortbread on arrival :). Plus some alcohol in the fridge. The kitchen was also beautiful and stocked very well and the shower room was also beautiful and clean. Overall we were very impressed and for only £135 a night great value for money. I paid £315 at a previous place for 1 night and it was very disappointing compared to this experience. Absolutely delighted. We would definitely return here 😊

Absolutely beautiful decor, very clean and spacious. Had everything we needed, loved all the little touches such as the items in the fridge - milk, orange juice, water, chocolate brownie! The shower gel smelt beautiful, stunning bathroom and really good shower. The bed was really comfy slept very well! Absolutely loved the private terrace we had through our patio doors it was beautiful to sit out and relax and leads down to the bar. We will definitely be back, one of the nicest places I’ve stayed locally!

    Our room was beautifully clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful. We were offered the opportunity to book a table for dinner, but as we were at a family event in a nearby village we declined. But the staff were very attentive., and gave us the name of a taxi firm so we could book in advance.

    Lovely rural location. Lots of parking. Friendly team. Spacious family room. Clean. Checked in and shown to our room - heating switched on, everything explained. We had an evening meal and the food and service was very very impressive- again, helpful friendly staff !

    Big family room with separate bathroom and toilet attached to the room. Although not overly modern it was to a very clean standard and could have not asked for anymore. We stayed local for the attractions (bank holiday weekend), staff were very welcoming, we had a drink downstairs and didn't hear any of it from our room. Plenty of parking and we Would recommend.to anyone staying in the area.

    Location was great. Nice and quiet with local pub 2 minutes walk away. Hosts were brilliant. Had to ask for the hot tub to be cleaned out on day 3 as the kids had been in and out and it was dealt with straight away to a professional standard. Everything was perfect. Beds comfy , plenty of crockery utensils etc. lots of appliances all working perfect and comfy sofas and carpets etc throughout.

    this is an older property with lots of features. it has real fireplace and a lovely sofa, to get comfy and feel at home. the rooms are basic but lovely and clean. we had a family party and it was a great place to have it here. the staff and owners are so lovely and will always do anything to help. such a friendly place. loved our stay.

    Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with the added bonus of the price. I have two teenagers who are fussy eaters and even they agreed the food was great. Everywhere was clean with good quality towels. Would definitely return the next time we’re in the area.
