    The staff were really nice. Vika, one of the hotel managers, is so friendly and really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. The pub is lovely, great food and ale. We loved the full English breakfast. Staff and facilities were very baby friendly, which made our lives easy with a little one. Great hiking options from the pub and hawkeshead is a nice place to stay.

    The property was very clean and modern and had good facilities. We were very cosy all week and had a great time exploring the area. We were visiting as an extended family - grandparents, parents and small children. A perfect property for adults or older children.

    Absolutely beautiful cottage in the perfect location for us as we wanted to be fairly central to visit attractions all around the region. The cottage was blissfully quiet, clean and comfortable with plenty of room for 2 adults, a teenager, a child and 2 dogs. Ample parking with an enclosed garden (handy for the dogs!)
