Dale cottage was perfect for what we needed. Peace and quiet for a songwriting seminar/recording weekend. All the facilities, suited our needs, the house was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would say it's ideal for families and close to Liverpool. Would recommend.

I booked this for relatives who where visiting and had no recommendation and booked for location and I knew of the pub. The staying party where more than impressed they said their stay was faultless the staff where professionals, room very comfortable and breakfast delicious. They have taken a brochure to recommend friends who like to visit the wirral. The stay this time was sadly to attend a family funeral, however the stay at jug and bottle helped to make the visit a more pleasurable one
