    The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The carpet throughout the house is stunning. The location was brilliant for us as it’s very near the beach and was very close to st hildeburghs church where we were attending a family wedding.

    Great location across the street from the train station which takes you direct to Liverpool. Lots of buses on main road too. Very nice, spacious apartment in a good area for families or if your out for a good time. Something for everyone.

    This home is beautifully finished and well-kept. I would say it looked even better than I expected from the pictures in the listing. It is also located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants. It was the perfect size for my family of seven, and the furnishings and supplies were perfect for our stay.

    The location was brilliant. Ideal for restaurants and beach. Very attractive back garden. Everything as described. Beds comfortable. Owner very hospitable and open to constructive suggestions. Will definitely be back.

    Room was lovely and warm during the recent storms. Very Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly. Food good. We had dinner on our first night. Excellent. In a good location for us to meet up with family in Hoylake and close to the station too. Coffee bags a very nice touch and biscuits too.

    We were visiting family, who lived close by. Location and parking were perfect. The breakfast was very good, and good value for money. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. Tea/coffee was topped up daily.

    The staff were really lovely and the bed was comfortable. The property was in a great location for me to visit family. The pub below the rooms is a decent pub. I appreciated the hair dryer and tea/coffee facility in the room.
