The cottage was very homey ,cosy, and quiet. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and we slept very well. Everything to make one's stay comfortable was provided. Entry arrangements and communication with the host were great, and the host was very friendly .

    We had two nights at Fern Cottage which is great accommodation and has everything necessary for a short stay and also for a longer stay. Very close to the town of Rye and many other attractions. Good communication with the owners, everything as described and no issues.

    We had a lovely relaxing stay at Fern Cottage. The cottage itself had everything we needed, including a high chair and travel cot set up for our baby girl. The log burner in the lounge and blankets provided made the evenings on the sofa very cosy indeed. It was obvious that the cottage had been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived which was much appreciated.

    Very comfortable house with lots of character and plenty of room for our group of 9. Very well-equipped for home catering. Fun games room. Quick response from the host. We had one trip out to local Rye, but otherwise stayed put for the weekend to make the most of the accommodation.
