Impeccably presented, very comfortable sofas and bed, and lovely artwork on the walls. Kitchen had everything one needed. And the location is wonderful - sun rising over Jedburgh abbey and, at th end of the day, the setting sun on the rose window - wow! Parking on the doorstep. Hosts have put a great deal of love and thought into the property.

The place was very clean and spacious. It easily fit the 5 of us and an extra kid or two would still find a place to sleep. Two bathrooms and a VERY spacious kitchen/dining/living area. A big patio outside with tables and chairs - the weather was great, so we had our morning coffee outside. You park your car right outside the patio on a designated parking spot - great for hauling your luggage :) Located in a holiday center with its own golf course. Very quiet area, with places to go for a walk, a playground for kids to enjoy and a tavern, which unfortunately we didn't have time to visit. There is a Tassimo coffee machine with a choice of coffee pods. There was milk in the fridge and a loaf of bread with complimentary butter and jams - a very nice welcome pack, especially since we forgot to visit a store on the way. I can definitely reccomend this place - for families and golfers alike.

    The Auld Cross Keys Inn was great. Check-in was easy and the staff were all very friendly. The rooms were big, clean, and comfortable. We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious and spent the night in the bar until late which was fun. Breakfast in the morning was very nice as well.

    Great location for exploring, We had a wedding to go to nearby on the Saturday and this apartment was big enough for my family and their partners, very nice having a baker right next door. Close to a main road aswell for exploring.

    We received a warm welcome from Sheila and her lovely dogs. The house is beautiful and our room was spotlessly clean with the most comfortable bed. Nothing was too much trouble and it was lovely to have a chat with the owners. They made us feel like family. The location was good, just a 5 minutes drive from Jedburgh town center where there is plenty to do, or if you're feeling more adventurous, Edinburgh is just over an hour away. Thank you Sheila and Peter for a lovely stay and for making us feel so welcome.

    Liked everything about Hundalee House. Location was great for us, bedroom was lovely and comfortable and the kippers at breakfast were excellent! Sheila also recommended a place for us to eat in the evening in Jed, with warnings about the decor, but so glad we listened to her 👍 So very pleased to see the family even leave the door open so that a nesting swallow isn't disturbed - beautiful.

    A great place for a family stay! Location is situated well to visit into areas like Jedburgh, Melrose and Earlston. Handy country park is only a 5 minute drive away which has a great park for kids.
