We had a lovely stay in the Hare and Hounds. The room is charming and has recently been redecorated. It's very tastefully decorated, and the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The pub is also very nice, with a contemporary feel. We enjoyed both dinner and breakfast in the pub, and we found both excellent. Staff is friendly, the service was good, and I would say both accommodation and food are very good value for money. The location is good, with parking at the front. We also found some nice paths to walk our dogs in the surroundings. The dog friendliness is very much appreciated by us dog owners! A big thank you to the team in the Hare and Hounds for their kindness, and warm and welcoming service.

Couldn't fault this little Gem, and the Hosts were fabulous and so understanding. I have quite a few health issues and when I had a bad turn early on and struggled to make checkout they were so attentive to my needs, honestly I can't recommend this place enough. It's beautiful.

    >Extremely helpful and professional staff, all clearly well trained. Excellent choice for breakfast, all freshly cooked and not a buffet in site. Very busy at night in the restaurant which says a lot in view of its location. The food was really very good and could not be faulted. Although described as a small double it was larger than others we have stayed in and more than sufficient for a weekend. The room was well equipped with quality throughout. Would stay here again without reservation.

    Visiting family in Barnoldswick so location spot on for us. Very impressed with the standard of the property, clean and well maintained. Everyone we came into contact with was pleasant and caring, sadly a rarity these days. Well done to whoever runs the ship. If it was possible to score 11 out of 10 we would do.

    We were in the area for a family meet up. The lad on the reception desk booked us in with a smile and we were impressed how clean and fresh it was everywhere. Our room was lovely, spacious, clean and comfortable. The furnishing are lovely too we really couldn't fault it in any way.

    Beautifully and elegantly modern, with tidy surroundings. The room was so well equipped and so clean. The staff were so helpful and very attentive. It felt like we were in a super expensive boutique hotel. We booked a table for dinner and the food was exquisite - washed down with a few tasty gins! We chose this hotel for a child free break following a canal cruise in Skipton and we feel so lucky to have found such an amazing spot! We can’t wait to return.
