The place is not far from busy Edinburgh, which is a plus during the festival. I guess it helps to have a car to go to Edinburgh and back, but the train station is not that far either. Just be mindful of the train schedule on Sundays 😬. The flat was clean and spacious, with a large bedroom and all facilities available for a self catering stay. Although we did not use it much (just for tea and coffee), the kitchen was equipped with all necessary in case you want to prepare a quick breakfast or even a meal. Flat has a back garden where the smoking partner could had his occasional fix. Overall, this flat provided everything we needed for a memorable holiday! Highly recommended!

Ideal holiday home very clean and tidy, had everything you could ask for , perfect area for public transport very easy to get into Edinburgh good communication with the owner very friendly and helpful only thing was lack of mirrors especially in the bathroom other than that I would return and highly recommend
