The garden flat was spotless.. Everything you needed was there. Great communication from Caroline, too. We had a very comfortable stay. Caroline even left bathtowels and fannels for our use. I would recommend a stay and would definitely return. There is also outdoor space with table and chairs brilliant for the summertime. Many thanks Caroline.

Fantastic location, right onto the beach and next to a really nice pub. I went in December and the room was kept really warm and there was a beautiful study room next to the bedroom which has an incredible view out to the seafront. Maya and Stuart (and Ivan the dog) are incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home while staying. Easy to get the bus to and from town.

    The location was the best part being central to everything within minutes, Sea view from the balcony, very clean, perfect facilities for a family with 2 children, including a baby. The lift makes easy access to the apartments. Excellent sound proofing between apartments and outside.

    Sean’s property was spotless and such a calm energy. The decor is beautiful and he made lovely efforts to accommodate our baby boy with a lovely high chair, beautiful cot and kids bowl/spoon. The location was perfect for getting into town or exploring the Kent countryside. The bed was so comfy and there were no outside noises to disrupt us. Communication with Sean with smooth and prompt and it was a pleasure to liaise with him. Would throughly recommend and we hope to visit again soon! Thanks so much Sean

    The property has loads of space, all the facilities required to have the whole family there! Great baby and children toys, bath, bed the list goes on. They absolutely loved it.     The Sunshine Villa was a great location and with plenty of space for all my family. It is close to Viking Bay beach with plenty of food and drink places all around. It also has a great fun room for the grand kids.
