Family room / apartment was huge, with 4 single beds and one double. Beds were very comfy and rooms were spotlessly clean. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Breakfast was exceptional, really good quality.

The hosts added little touches of age appropriate books for my toddler son and a step for the bathroom. They were very helpful regarding sleeping options for him too. It also has a secure garden.

Staff were very friendly as always. Food offering at Jocks bar is good and well catered for children (food came out quickly!). We have family in Kinross and so know the hotel and town very well. Green Hotel is well situated. Well patronised by golfing groups etc so gives it a nice buzz.

Everything about our stay was first class. We stayed for two nights in order to attend a family funeral and are planning to return later in the year to explore the area more fully. The restaurant deserves particular praise. The menu was exceptional and, as someone diagnosed coeliac, the chefs went out of their way to adapt every dish on the menu to be gluten-free. And it was worth it as the food was more than delicious. All the staff were helpful and, fellow electric car owners note, there are four charging points in the hotel car park.

Staff were incredibly friendly, really took care of me and my baby which was much appreciated given we were solo travelling without the rest of our family. Decent sized bedroom and bathroom and a comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing! We had dinner one night too with others that we had travelled to meet with and the food was exceptional.

The family apartment is absoluterly exceptional for a hotel. You can put the kids to bed and chill in a very warm and cosy living room. The lovely town of Kinross is only 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh, and 45 minutes to Stirling, perfect stopover if you are planning to visit both places in turn, and also enjoy the lovely local views. We had an exceptionally tasty dinner on our first night and tasty and generous breakfast on both mornings. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming.
