The grounds are in disarray. The staff tried somewhat to assist us but we were travelling with two children with autism and were not told when booking the non-refundable room that these basic facilities were not available. Upon arrival my son went into a major meltdown due to no WiFi and we ended up leaving and going home within an hour of arriving.
