The kitchen and bathrooom are very modern. Everything was very clean and well put together. The level of detail and work put into it is very admirable, perfect stay for family with kids. The location is close to the city centre with buses running every few mins. Shops just across the street. Khalid was very welcoming and always ready to help. Allowed us to visit family, the space centre and Twycross zoo without having to drive for a long time. Handy for both city centre and the wider Leicestershire county. Staff were great, nothing too much trouble. Room was clean and plenty of space. Wifi worked well. Gym was excellent. Breakfast was the best hotel buffet I’ve ever had. Travelling with small children can be stressful but he was amazing at looking after us, making sure we were comfortable and even making muy daughter smile with a silly joke!
