The location is in the center of town - you can walk everywhere. The Car Park is a 5 minute walk and very reasonably priced. The apartment was larger than expected, spotless and the bathroom appeared to be recently remodeled. The host was fabulous - he sent very clear directions and was available for questions.

    Fabulous location , love this area of the city, and the Playhouse theatre is a few doors away. So central and close to the Derry walls. Lovely comfy room and the family room had a lovely single bed in a corner of its own for my teenager ! Great continental breakfast and chats with the owner Kieran. Would highly recommend a stay at No 8. Make sure you visit the Bogside and the Free Derry Museum !

    The location of the hotel was perfect for a family with small kids. It was easy to roam the city with its proximity to transportation, cafes, restaurants, museums, and site seeing. The room was larger than expected and had a great view of the Derry. The staff helped us know the city, places to eat and what we could fit into our day trip. The facilities, such as the gym, had great equipment with an excellent level of music while the swimming pool was clean, and the kids had loads of fun in it.

    We loved everything about Studio 42! A beautifully decorated hideaway, with everything you might need. The hosts were very easy to deal with and the welcome platter was a lovely, thoughtful touch 😀 They even provided baby friendly snacks for our son and equipped us with a high chair and travel cot. So many extra finishing touches that make this Studio more luxurious than many hotels. In a quiet area perfect for relaxation but within an easy commute to the city. We will definitely be back!

    This is our fourth time coming here. Spa is amazing and food is outstanding haven’t been disappointed as yet. We would recommend this to anyone who has kids and want a break but even any parents with kids there is a pool and hotel is child friendly
