Claire was very helpful once we got over our initial bad start (see below re check in) For a place to sleep for the night, it done the job at an affordable price and was close enough to the university for our purposes. Clean as a whistle and jam packed with amenities. From being greeted by the eponymous Hope at the seamless check in to being serenaded by Welsh elvis impersonators and a performer with an unrelenting zeel for singing pitch-perfect reggae under the setting Birmingham sun. Without a shed of doubt in our hearts, we felt like members of the Greenland's family.
