CanadaWe stayed in the Limes room. It was spectacular and extremely comfortable. Particularly loved all the attention to detail like slippers, robes and complimentary drinks.A generous and delicious breakfast was included . We couldn't have asked for more. We also had a family dinner for 18 booked at Luigi's and the staff,food and service were exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed their authentic classical Italian dishes.

IrelandI loved my stay in Primrose Lodge. Lovely quiet cul de sac in woodland setting. Everything you need, so modern & spacious. Bed was so comfy. Shower was divine. Wish I had extra time to enjoy apartment more. The interior design was beautiful. If I could bring Primrose Lodge with me to Ireland & live in it I would. Susan was so helpful too. Loved my stay in Maldon, its fab here🩷

RomaniaThe room was wonderful, like in old movies, the location was marvellous, the staff is extremely nice. The best full English breakfast I've ever ate. Good thing that the hotel have a private carpark. The price was very good. A real authentically English hotel, with crackling step stairs, old fireplaces, Victorian style sash windows, thick drapes, narrow corridors, stylish wallpapers. It was amazing.

The second morning already, the lady at the restaurant remembered our room numbers and our breakfast preferences. The whole team is incredibly thoughtful and attentive. We will be back!

United KingdomThe hot tub was a great feature which everyone used. The pods were cosy and so very clean. It was so relaxing and peaceful and had a great night sleep. Staff were all helpful and the breakfast from the club house in the morning was very tasty. Would definitely stay again

United KingdomMy husband, 4 year old daughter and I absolutely loved this gorgeous cottage. It was very homely and had everything you could possibly need!
It was the perfect retreat after a busy day at Colchester Zoo.
It smelled amazing as we walked in, it was clean and tidy and very warm, most people would love this but we are "hot bods" so I asked the host to turn the heat down and straight away I had a reply letting me know they had done just that which was perfect! My daughter loved the games in the cupboard and she really enjoyed her bath too! She said she wished we could have stayed longer 🙂
I messaged a few times before we arrived with questions, which they answered almost immediately and were so helpful and friendly!
Would definitely recommend it and visit again in the future!

We had an issue with one of the showers but the property owner responded to our text very quickly and talked us through fixing the issue which we really appreciated. The bridal suite/(The limes room) was amazing! Some other rooms were also equipped with free mini bars, disarano & air conditioning! These tended to be in the main house rather than the Annex though.
