Everything about this property is first class. Without doubt, the best we have stayed at anywhere in the UK. Clean, comfortable, fully equipped and ideal for any length of stay. Caroline was the perfect host, excellent communication throughout and overall goes out of her way to ensure guests are taken care of. If you need somewhere close to Norwich, don't look anywhere else.

Lovely campsite with friendly horse, donkeys and very cute alpacas. Nice things for the kids to do on the site and lots to do in the area. the river is lovely, and there are really nice pubs to eat at in the village. Michelle and her daughter were so helpful and friendly. And the bell tents were great - really comfortable beds! Thanks for a great stay!!

We stayed one night after dropping our child at University of East Anglia. From the listing, it looked clean, well-located and a good value. Once we arrived we saw that it was SO much more than that. The hotel is absolutely adorable, with a perfect mix of modern and classically cozy. The room was well designed with all of the amenities you’d expect. The room was absolutely spotless (as well as the rest of the hotel). The staff was super friendly and the meals were ample, delicious and also a great value.
