Wonderful b and b! A friendly welcome. All sorts of little touches: bathrobes, slippers, fresh milk and a variety of hot drinks in the room. Large, cozy, freshly decorated impeccably cleaned room. The mattress was fairly soft and offered good support. Excellent breakfast. We could choose from an extensive breakfast menu the night before, and everything was served fresh, excellently cooked and exactly as ordered.

The home easily accommodated a six people in a three generation break. It is newly decorated, clean, warm and close to the shops of Langholm. If on -street parking is not available there is a large, free car park about 100m away. There were some basic foods & milk left for us in the well equipped kitchen and plenty of games to keep youngsters away from the TV (which has Netflix and Prime ). The one large bathroom has both a bath and separate shower. The beds are comfortable and bedrooms have plenty of storage spaces. We enjoyed a short walk on the other side of the river, chosen from the leaflets in the information folder.

Our stay at this accommodation was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, comfort, and overall atmosphere of the house. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant and cozy experience. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. From fresh linens and towels to all the essential amenities, we felt completely at home. The environment was warm and welcoming, making our stay even more enjoyable. A special thank you to the host, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. She made sure we had everything we needed and even went above and beyond to fulfill our individual requests. Her hospitality made a huge difference and left a lasting impression on us. We will definitely be returning in the future.     This is an amazing place - modern , clean , warm , comfortable, well equipped and with a great drying room . Highly recommended either for couples , friends or families with children . Great secure storage pods for bikes too .
