IrelandBeautiful well appointed apartment in great location, in the heart of Oban. Close to seafront, bars restaurants and shops. Short walk to Dunollie castle and museum. Apartment was spotless, decorated really well, modern, nice little balcony and plenty of toiletries and provisions like milk, coffee, teas supplied, which was a nice welcoming touch. Very comfy and homely. Would definitely recommend highly. Sorry that we were only one night there. Instructions for entry were clear and easy.

Everything was spotless and Morag had thought of every little extra to make our stay welcoming and comfortable even down to a couple of nips of Oban whiskey to warmly welcome us! The view out to sea from the front porch was magical and we enjoyed the serenity.
Thanks for a great stay. Highly recommend and hope to be back one day.

Left the staple foods that you would want in the morning, she also checked in to see if everything was OK or if we needed anything. It's well-located and close enough to everything while managing to feel quite remote. The family who run these lodges do a beautiful job and add a personal touch just by being present, friendly and unobtrusive. Due to the fact that we are travelling with kids, we required the sleeping couch. She especially came back to her guesthouse from outside Oban to make the bed for the kids. Bedrooms are big, and beds are really comfortable, bonus ensuite in master, big bathroom upstairs and WC downstairs, everything you need is there, big dining table for family meals and a garden that the kids could get out to play in while we were in the property. Parking in the drive way was also a big bonus. Host was so helpful and on hand when I needed to get InTouch about anything and to extend our stay. Booked a family room for two adults and a four year old. The room had two large beds so plenty of space. We travelled in winter so the main building of the hotel was closed, as was the restaurant and anything else they usually offer.
