I loved the luxury glamping pods, and was pleasantly surprised to find them well heated and cozy, which was perfect for a winter’s night. The bedding was clean and very comfortable, and the tea & coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch. The communal shower and toilet facilities were also clean, with hot water.

The host David was a lovely person who took great care of us at serving breakfast and answering to inquiries. The B&B was absolutely adorable with its attention to details from the Christmas decorations, to the sweets on your bedside table to the earplugs and sewing thread in the drawer. Every little thing was thought of.

Vinnie at the Hotel was more than helpful. As the Hotel has recently been taken over and undergoing a refurb, so breakfast was at the cafe next door (same family who own the Hotel and local shop) which was very good. We wish them all the best and look forward to a return, because if the rest of the hotel is a good as the rooms, it will be very good overall, plus it's nice to see a family so invested into the local area/community.

Don't get there before 4 as the place is locked. It looks derelict. We had room 14 which is up 5 flights of stairs. No lift. The room is very small, nowhere to put a laptop no table or chair. Would have been okay if there was a reception or downstairs area. This is a place that is still under construction. Breakfast was in the café next door, which is owned by the same family, the breakfast was the best part of the stay.
