The hotel is perfectly situated minutes from Liverpool one. Tastefully decorated it feels warm and classy. Food menu was limited but everything we ate was delicious. The rooms were smart, clean and comfortable. The real shining star of the trip was the hotel Staff. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first stay at the Halyard and we can’t wait to return.

The stay at INNSIDE Liverpool was extremely positive. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities, super breakfast and great room service. Everything, rooms are comfortable and soundproof. Had an issue with shower and had staff round is less than 5 minutes at 8 o'clock sorted it right away and was very kind. Decent view, good Internet. Have needed to extend our stay due to recent weather's and it was sorted with them in what felt like seconds went by. Local to everything you need and want.
