Excellent facilities to cater for all, fabulous kids area too for those meeting with family. The staff were so attentive and helpful, nothing was too much bother for them. The bar and restaurant staff were so friendly and made my stay so comfortable and welcoming. Gluten free station and kids station at breakfast. Range and quality of foods at breakfast. Excellent toiletry products in the room - hand lotion, shampoo etc. The welcome from all staff. The Friendliness of individual servers: Clemmie - was wonderful, understanding and knowledgeable.
