A beautiful b&b with a lovely breakfast. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room we stayed in was in its own separate building so felt private. Bathroom was gorgeous, beds were comfy - overall perfect for our stay!

On arrival the heating was not working, the owner responded very quickly and resolved the issue straightaway within 5 minutes, so we were nice and warm Property was very well equipped with comfortable beds. and upon arrival there was tea,coffee,milk and some biscuits which was a very welcome surprise. nice touch decor was very nice. good amount of kitchen equipment and appliances. very safe for children, bar and grill on the complex was outstanding service and helpfulness. everyone in he area were super friendly and helpful. would 1 million percent recommend to family and friends everything was just perfect.

Very comfortable and homely. Well equipped. The bed was good, as was the shower.. Extremely quiet. Well located for the A47 and A10.

Lovely traditional pub, great location and lovely staff. Rooms were perfect also. We spent our first evening in the bar and everyone was so lovely and welcoming. Would stay here again.
