    Everything! Wonderful hosts who met us with an ice cream and some other welcome goodies, and were helpful throughout our stay. Their cottage is in a beautiful quiet spot on a working farm, with no road noise and relaxing views - our family loved the horses etc. and the sunsets. Was spacious for our needs with two good-sized bedrooms, and well set up for small children with a stair gate and a guard on the log burner. We leave with great memories, will be recommending to people we know and would love to come back ourselves.

    We were travelling with our 10 month old baby and the staff could not have been more helpful. Moved our room to a ground floor one, delivered room service silently, supplied a cot bed, high chair ready at the table for breakfast... just little things to make it all so easy. Beautiful property, lovely food, delicious breakfast. We'll be back for sure.

    It was a last minute booking as the place we booked was not as was described so we had to look for an alternative. But we were both very happy with everything in the hotel. We were there for a family funeral and returned to the hotel for the reception (if that's what you'd call it). The function room was fine, food was lovely, staff were great. Our room was clean and airy.

    Very well appointed and well maintained hotel. Huge room and very big bed, huge bathroom, all very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast (except for toast incident). Kids menu options at the restaurant etc. Free parking and right by Solihull main shopping precinct. Wonderful attentive staff, family friendly. Good pool, steam and sauna.
