There was water and milk in the fridge. Been to many hotels, and they never give you enough well done. The even had couple lovely boxes of Jersey sweets nice touch. The hospitality so friendly in the hotel and bar was excellent and could not do enough for you. As for the view, amazing. We'll done to all the staff on a good job. Easy access to the bay, and along shop fronts. Also really liked that they had access to balcony overlooking the bay. Staff were friendly. In the booking, I indicated that there were two adults and one child of six but the reservation only captured two adults in the system. I was therefore assigned a room with only a double bed. Anna made a Herculean effort to give us a 'family room' on the eve of our departure for Jersey, finding us a room with one double bed and one single bed.
