We enjoyed a 3-night stay at Old Hunters Lodge Whipsnade on a trip from Belgium. The location was ideal for our plans to visit Whipsnade Zoo and Bletchley Park. The location will also suit any lover of nature as it is located in the middle of the beautiful countryside with surprising hills, ridges and amazing views. The building itself partially dates back to 1540, of course adapted to all modern accommodation needs. The room is extremely quiet, even when the restaurant is full. As a lousy sleeper, I can really testify that I spent the best nights since long here. Also, there are no surrounding buildings, no busy traffic whatsoever (not even with the zoo nearby). Returning to the room after a day away felt like coming home. Also the staff and owners are very warm, kind and super welcoming. Nothing would be asking to much of them! We cannot stress that point enough, as it is the people who make this place just perfect! The (full English) breakfast was the very best we ever had, all sourced from local produce. Also the evening meals were delicious and prepared with the utmost care, so we ate 3 evenings at the lodge. They also have surprising veggie options on the menu! We will definitely return here, even make a detour, as we had a most wonderful stay! <3

Very close to the airport. The bus was £3 and I walked for 10 minutes and reached the flat. Spotless clean, modern, every detail was so carefully taken care of. Communication with the hosts was perfect. The flat is located in a cul de sac, close to nature you can literally hear the birds sing in the morning. This is the best experience I ever had renting in London in the last 10 years. It was the most welcoming home. It was the break that I needed and the best place to see my family before I head back to work in a different country. The beauty of it is in the small details... I felt pampered and happy. As a solo female traveller for work, I felt so safe at the Garden Studio. A parking space was made available for me prior to arrival. Loved that the entrance to the studio was fenced off from the garden so I didn't feel that I was intruding on the property and gave me my privacy. The studio was very modern, with a great sized TV, lovely kitchen and modern shower room. Everything was super clean! Communication was outstanding from start to finish. I really enjoyed my quiet evening with a take away and watching the Eurovision with total privacy.

Overall, l had a great experience with the house. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The accommodation was wonderful, clean, and perfectly located.

There were some basic products in the kitchen that we needed like spices , bread and milk and even some extra sweets just in case. The accommodation was really nice, clean and in a quiet area.

This splendid manor house is set in 35 acres of wooded parkland and offers modern facilities in historic surroundings. The property boasts an indoor pool and a gymnasium.
