Very friendly, helpful staff, with our special thanks to Colin, Jocelyn and the chef who provided us with an excellent choice of breakfasts each morning. The pub had a lovely atmosphere and it was so nice to relax on the sofas after a day out. Our room was quiet and comfortable with tea, coffee and biscuits provided. Wonderful white large fluffy towels in the bathroom and toiletries provided, nice powerful shower. Location was opposite the river with nice walks, local shops and a few other pubs all within walking distance.

A 2-minute drive from Hampton Court Palace, this charming hotel with traditional pub has free Wi-Fi, a restaurant and secure parking. It is 6 miles from London Heathrow Airport.

The staff were lovely welcoming and friendly and the food was very good. As a single woman traveller I felt safe and well looked after. My dog was also very welcome and the location near the parks was perfect. The hotel parking was also very useful. I would highly recommend

Great communication throughout the stay. Even though it says shared bathroom, it was really private. The bed is SUPER comfy for the price and the pillows are lovely. VERY good value for money. it was a perfect night stay for what I paid

Absolutely fantastic!!!!! We have just returned home after spending 2 days aboard the Bright Owl with our two 16-year-old children, and we truly wish we had booked a longer stay. We had an incredible experience. From the exceptionally warm and informative welcome provided by Richard and Elizabeth, to the lovely, cozy, and inviting home that offered every comfort imaginable. Furthermore, the setting was beautiful, with excellent onboard facilities and a fabulous location close to numerous places for walking, dining, drinking, exploring, and wild swimming. We really felt so welcomed! Thank you so much Gary and Anita. We travelled to the UK to visit the Royal Hampton Palace Garden show. The property was located about five minutes from the train station. The house was decorated with lots of art work and the garden was beautiful. You would never imagine that you were so close to a major city as it was extremely peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very helpful and printed off maps and directions to our destinations and had many tips and good advice as to what's best in the neighborhood for food and day trips etc. I can't emphasize enough, just how clean our room and indeed the whole house was. We would recommend this establishment one hundred and ten percent! Thank you once again. We can't wait to return. The two Irish ladies.
