When we told the lady dealing with our check in she asked if we would like to go outside so we could hear her which was fab. Although only small the children loved the beach area & mummy like the sunbeds! Costa express machines were a massive win win! The jets flying above everyday (nothing to do with the site) made it exciting 4 the children but it was noisy if you didnt like noise.Guest review bySaraiFamily with young children

Friendly staff. kids entertainment for our toddler was amazing. The staff in the big tent were fantastic with small kids. High-quality entertainment with meet and greet with entertainers for the kids. Lots of photos taken. When we had an issue, they came and resolved it quickly or advised if they couldn't fix it the same day. The site was very clean, and security patrolled the site day and night. The lodge come with a guide book, giving you information on what activities was on the park and surrounding area. There was plenty of seating provided on the decking for families, the hot-tub was well located and privacy screen is a nice feature (they even provided small beach toys for any small children to play with).Guest review byTracyYoung couple

The double bed was really comfy the park is quite so no noise waking u up. The hot tub was in working order very hot and quiet private as it on the end by a big tree. The cover was a little tired but that doesn't affect anything. There's a gate that locks so children can't get out of the decking bit . There where rabbits and ducks which were so lovely to watch.
