Beautiful, clean cabin. Great decor and everything was modern which we liked. Hot tub was perfect. Views lovely. Peaceful and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful. On site bar/restaurant was great.

A lovely house, very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It's very well equipped especially in the kitchen and bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the patio doors to the garden.

lovely friendly staff and I love the antiquated vibe of the hotel. the views were utterly stunning and it felt very safe. I've read some reviews saying the hotel needs updating and I don't agree at all. I think staying somewhere like this is a nice visit to simpler times, it felt very grand and pleasant and all the staff were really welcoming. I loved it.

Warm & cosy. Everything you could need in there. Doggie proof garden was excellent and perfect for our celebration for Mums Birthday. Great walks and a great choice of pubs for a bite to eat. A lovely welcome gift waiting for us on arrival was gratefully recieved.

    Travelled as a family with a 9 month old. We had the loft apartment. High chair and cot was up there waiting for us on my request- thank you. Lovely bathroom, comfy beds, lots of space, quirky, nice looking out onto the high street and you couldn't hear anything from the pub in our room.

    The location is very well situated for anyone wanting to visit the high street and for the Santa train at EKSR. The hotel has lovely oak beams and is very attractive. Staff were al lovely and very helpful. The room itself was really nice - very loud as there was a high spirited group of ladies next to us who ere up until the early hours but cant be helped at Christmas time!! I would recommend this hotel to families as the family rooms are of a good size but you may want an extra duvet on the sofa bed as it is a little hard.
