Staff were really friendly and very professional. Comfortable room and bed. Very accommodating - adjusted my booking when I couldn't travel due to illness, asked my preferred time each day for breakfast and dinner. Fantastic food. Free and spacious parking. A Light, airy flat, with stunning views all around Southwold. Very quiet, but with wonderful birdsong due to the nearby trees. Lovely local artworks adorn the walls. A very good kitchen. The owner clearly loves the flat and has made it a beautiful space to enjoy.
