Very charming location and even more charming landlord and landlady - including beautiful Rosie! Top hospitality and we were very lucky to have breakfast served in the garden by beautiful weather which we enjoyed very much!! The apartments are lovely, new and clean. A wonderful space - we had all 3 for 6 of us and it felt like we owned the place :) The staff were very accommodating and the general atmosphere in the pub was very civilised with a wonderful log fire burning the whole time. Great decor. Again, very friendly and helpful staff. Country walks nearby too :)

Booked a hotel near Gatwick Airport for early flight next day. Expecting regular hotel. Hotel built in old manor house, lovely surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We would have been happy staying here for a couple of days and enjoying the peaceful surroundings before our long flights home. Highly recommend if you are traveling from Gatwick Airport.
