To say this accommodation is spectacular is an understatement! I really don't know how it wasnt booked because we booked it last minute. There was 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 kids. The 2 girls had an absolute ball pretending they were princesses in their very own castle. Everything from the location to all the little extras that the owners added was absolutely fabulous. There was milk, sugar tea and coffee. Amazing when you check in at 11pm and realise you've no coffee for the morning and its there for you. The biscuits and wine. I mean the owners really go out of their way to make your stay amazing! If I could give this place more then 10 I would. The shower is amazing, the beds are comfy, the little surprise that the kids and adults were absolutely blown away by! Best place weve ever stayed and we will definitely be back! If you're lucky enough to be able to book this place dont hesitate! You won't regret it. We didn't want to leave. We would have happily moved in! Thanks so much to the owners. Firstly, I was extremely impressed with lovely couple providing the accommodation. Upon contacting them for some assistance with locating the property, they went above and beyond with their help in doing so. Furthermore, they helped me with the information I needed to locate the place that was my main reason for visiting this lovely area. The property wasn't what I was expecting, it was much more. Not only immaculately clean, warm, and tastefully presented, once I met the hosts and was shown around, I received total privacy which was required in order to absorb just how lovely the place is. Phill. and his lovely wife Toni are there if you need them, but trust me, all you require and more, is already there for your arrival. The only problem I had was that my stay was too short, I wished I had booked for a longer stay in what is a lovely part of the country and exceptional accommodation. I will most certainly return for a longer stay very soon and cannot recommend No.78 enough. I won't be adding any photos because you have to see it to believe it!

Our stay was amazing! Accommodation is in a great secluded area of Frodsham which made us feel like we were miles away from home. You can clearly tell every little detail has been thought of by Lady Heyes. From the cover over the top of our Hot Tub, to the comfortable spacious sofa perfect for relaxing in the night time. Nothing was too much for the staff in reception and they made us feel very welcome. Will definitely be returning!

Just off junction 12 of the M56 motorway, the hotel has free on-site parking, modern air-conditioned rooms, and a convenient location with good access to the region’s major road network.
