Clean and comfortable room, loved the guest kitchen and lounge

A very nice property with a family feel, can’t ask more

So peaceful and restorative. Private and surrounded by fields and country hedgerows but I always felt very safe and secure. Had everything that I needed for my stay. Spotlessly clean, spacious enough for myself and one other adult I was staying with. Having the deck and grass area made it feel even bigger. I looked forward each morning to looking for the local bird life and listening to the horses. Extremely well equipped with everything I could need and more. Very inviting. Just the right amount of furniture which was all very comfortable and practical. Comfort of pillows and beds were great and helped with recovering from Jet lag. Aesthetically pleasing and carefully thought out design interior and exterior Great location. Short Walking and driving distance to beach and local cafes. 20 minutes walk or 5 -10 minutes in the car to the local railway station which I used regularly to quickly travel in to Liverpool. The welcome basket of bread, cereal and eggs etc was very much appreciated and enjoyable. Most of all was the friendly, welcome and kind hosts Pam ( who I got to meet in person) and Bob too who maybe I will meet next time as I am already planning a return trip. Pam's communication from when I first contacted her before I left New Zealand was so clear and helpful and nice that I was already looking froward to meeting her. She was so supportive and informative and accommodating and did even extra to help out with the logistics of me arriving after a long flight. When I first saw the information about the lodge on the Booking.com website it had everything that I was looking for In fact I was wondering if when I arrived whether it would be as good as I had imagined it would be..It was even better! Good location for Clatterbridge cancer hospital

The hotel is perfectly situated minutes from Liverpool one. Tastefully decorated it feels warm and classy. Food menu was limited but everything we ate was delicious. The rooms were smart, clean and comfortable. The real shining star of the trip was the hotel Staff. Every single member of staff was friendly and helpful. It was our first stay at the Halyard and we can’t wait to return.

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, clean, central, extremely quiet. Has everything you require for a few nights away.

The stay at INNSIDE Liverpool was extremely positive. The room was clean and spacious with all amenities, super breakfast and great room service. In addition, the girls at the front desk were wonderful in fulfilling all our requests. A massive thank you especially to Ismael, whose support in booking and during our stay was invaluable. My parents will definitely come back here when visiting Liverpool again.
