    Beautiful pub with amazing atmosphere. Staff were so welcoming after such a long journey. Room was small but comfortable with everything we needed. Bed was really comfortable. We missed breakfast but we're made a cup of hot drink complimentary. We had stayed due to a family funeral and the staff were so kind. Bar was well stocked with non alcohol drinks which was a nice surprise. Food was lovely. Car park was a bonus but also near to tube if needed.

    Fantastic place and the breakfasts were amazing. As it was a weekend booking we had the full English on both days. The location of the venue worked well as met up with family for a wedding nearby. The car park was needed for some of the family but trains for the rest.

    The staff were lovely, they went above and beyond to help us. The pub was popular, it was easy to see why. The room was a good size and clean, and the bed was nice and comfy. The walls in the room are thin you can hear people moving around the corridors and the music from the pub downstairs but that was switched off around 11pm . I slept well. I would recommend this guesthouse to my friends and family and would stay again 😁

    Breakfast was good and plentiful with a good variety of foods. Staff were very good, helpful and attentive. A typical old English pub, comfortable, well maintained and clean. Room a good size with appropriate on suite. Location, perfect for us, only a few miles from family.

    Plenty of choice,cereal ,fruit fresh bakery,tea or coffee readily available. Location excellent for me as within walking distance of my family.

    Although continental breakfast, it was exceptional quality, good choice, well presented, full English breakfast was available later in the morning for payment. Location 10 min walk to station , easy change to underground directly into central London. We stayed at Royal oak for a private function in a beautiful room , lovely food . Good private parking
