Newly built nice cottages. Private territory in front with place for BBQ, tables, hammok. Quiet and cosy. Close to the waterfall, restaurants, local market, restaurants, etc. Very friendly host. Organised us rafting and rented out ATV for a reasonable price. There is a common kitchen in front of the cottages with all necessary appliances. There is a 24/7 supermarket 5 mins away from the property.

Amazing stay in Georgia! We had a fantastic experience staying at this comfortable house in Georgia! From the moment we booked it, the owner was helpful and incredible! His father took us from the airport and was our tour guide. The place felt like a home away from home. We felt welcome, offering helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect-close to local attractions, but still quiet enough to relax in peace. The space itself was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped. As it was birthday trip, my sister organized through the owner a platter full of nice and delicious treats, balloons and gorgeous cake. The outdoor area was a highlight, offering beautiful views and a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. We also felt very safe and secure during our stay. Overall, this was a great choice for our trip to Georgia, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay!

This place is perfect! It’s paradise on earth, the view is amazing, we had 100% privacy, the host was so nice and kind, very welcoming and really made an effort to take care of everything we needed! This is an amazing place! The house is very cozy and atmospheric, it is clear that it was made with love. The courtyard is nice, there is everything you need to relax - a barbecue area, tables, a hammock, a swing (many swings), a pool!
