The house is situated on a hill in a really calm and natural environment in a small settlement. Excellent views and great garden. A lot of hang out equipment like table tennis, hammocks, dart, volley ball - great for Families / kids. Very lovely host and Kind welcome. Simple kitchen and bathroom, but everything you essentially need is available. Could also be great for a long term stay - excellent price / value ratio :-) Nice old fortress and hiking trails in the surrounding area nearby and a great restaurant with outdoor dining area in the neighborhood .

We really enjoyed our stay here for the two nights. Very comfortable, beautiful scenery and a fabulous location for escaping the busy city. The reception staff were extremely helpful and did everything possible to accommodate us and make our stay as comfortable as possible. The evening meal was delicious, very fresh and responsibly priced. Breakfast was also fabulous. Highly recommend this hotel, probably our favourite hotel during our time on Georgia.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport. Had a late night flight so it was really convenient. Spacey room with brand new furniture on a flat nice piece of land with trees and parking area. Lots of mini markets and restaurants in 6-7 minutes from the hotel. The owner was really helpuf and kind as well

We loved everything about our stay. We got a bit lost and our our hosts son came and found us. We were greeted with home made wine and bread and we paid extra to have dinner there that evening. We were flying out the next morning and instead of calling a taxi we paid Amiran to take is to the airport. I can't recommend the place or the people highly enough. Location is near the airport too, so perfect for your first or last night in Georgia although you may be tempted to stay longer it's such a beautiful spot.
