This really is a great place. First of all rooms are new and everything is neat&clean. Shared bathroom was super, there is a separate toilet with a sink and another separate big shower room. The landlord lady is an incredible host, she lives on the premises and is always there for you and since she is a professional cook, you've got to try her food. She makes you dinner if you like, it was amazing. Communication works over Google translate unless you speak Russian. Entrance is through a local cheap eatery.

The family was super nice and welcoming, the region had a problem with gas supply so the family invited us to shower in their bathroom for hot water. Offered us food and drinks. The room was the best we had in georgia! Also, super cute dog!

A lovely welcome from a lovely host. She was so attentive and kind. The breakfast was fantastic. The gardens of the guesthouse were beautiful just as pretty as the Bontanical Gardens, which are only a 5 minute walk away.
